having had that good news yesterday in that I won my ESA appeal scoring 24 points - I went to work today (been back at work 5 weeks,) to find my employer is unhappy about my work and my colleagues don't think i fit in with the team.
Not sure I can cope with the stress and anxiety - I can see me visiting my doctor for a new 'fit note'asap

Can anybody tell me what will happen if I go back to claiming ESA?
Will I have to go back to assessment phase and a new WCA medical for me to fail again etc etc.......advice gratefully received

Hi Jules

I don't quite understand your post. If you won your ESA appeal you should be put back on ESA and already be claiming it.

See the guide to ESA in the members section. P14 "Backdating and linked claims
From October 27 2008 people who are incapable of work have to claim ESA.
The 8 week linking rule still applies to IB and is extended to 12 weeks under ESA and the 2 year welfare to work linking rule still applies."
