Just wrote this for the second time as just deleted it before posting by accident, but hope that it will help at least one person out there. Parts of the information are of benefit to both men and women and some just for men. I hope if you are like me and you suffered in silence about incontinence this post will help give you the courage to take control of your life back.
Well as you can imagine having bowl and bladder incontinence at 36 is bad enough, but having to go to see your female doctor that you can only describe as hot ( sorry ladies for the sexist remark) was not easy, But can you imagine the look on my face, when she told me she wanted me to drop my trousers so she could put a finger somewhere I did not think a pretty young doctor should be sticking her finger, but I am so glad I went through with it, and got the courage to discuss it with her, see referred me to the incontinence clinic and for starters I was provided with as many free pads and towels as I needed by them, They also recently asked my doctor to prescribe me the Coloplast Anal peristeen Irrigation system for bowl incontinence which I think may be of interest to both men and women out there suffering with blow incontinence , link to information is provided below, next and just for men no I am not talking hair dye, for my bladder control problems I have been provided with a urinary sheath and leg bag, I know what you are thinking I don’t want to carry my pee around with me in a bag strapped to my leg, I though the same to start off with, but the first time I went out in public and felt myself lose control and did not go red with shame and grab for my coat to cover myself up so no one could see, I knew it was worth having a bag strapped to my leg. I hope this is of some help to at least one person out there

Taking about pads and things for incontinence my doctor recommended I used anal plugs if I was getting problems she gave a prescription and for a time these worked really well bot after about two weeks of using them I developed the worst haemorrhoids ever and extremely pain beware anyone that uses anal plugs.
