ESA WRAG, started new UC claim and confused by commitments was created by Garth
Hello. As title, I've just done a claim for UC. Currently get ESA WRAG with a MR requested.
Completed the online form and id checks, had to accept a vanilla claimant agreement too. It says on the journal page "use your journal to...add details about your work search".
Am I right in assuming this is just a generic message? There was no option I saw in the process about what group one is in for ESA.

Hi Garth
As you are in the WRAG you will have work preparation only commitments which are as follows:
Work Preparation requirements include: attending a skills assessment preparing a CV improving personal presentation participating in an employment programme developing a business plan researching childcare costs and provision
Aim This regime aims to keep the claimant motivated, preparing them to return to work as soon as they are able while taking their capability into account. There is a stepped increase in support to return to work as the youngest child reaches 3 years. Characteristics This regime includes claimants who: are the lead carer of a child aged 2 have limited capability for work following the outcome of a Work Capability Assessm
