Hi I am my son's Official appointee and he migrated to UC from ESA in September 2025. Today I have a text to answer questions on the to-do list? Had to answer yes or no. Mainly I think if things were the same like Personal details. Housing costs. Any Spouse or Partner, same people living here. Does he work or intend to do any Self Employed work. Is same Bank account he gets UC paid into and is amount same in bank etc that sort of questions. I am worried I've done something wrong do they usually ask these questions sometimes please
