WCA timescales from when form received by WCA ?

Hello all . Anyone had recent experience of timescale for WCA 50 from beginning ng recieved by DWP to decision please ?

Form returned to DWP in October 2025. Still waiting for any response.

As my son's NS-ESA is coming to an end, I called the HAAS provider (Serco) to find out what was happening. They had all the information needed since December (!). Son needs a specialist assessor, instructed to call back at 8 am when the specialist appointments are released, phone appointment booked for 2 weeks time.
If anyone else has been waiting for 9 months, it may be worth giving them a call.
