I have just found a couple of news articles online and I am now petrified because I am planning to apply for PIP in March. Does anyone know if what these articles are about are trustworthy and true?

Hi kuju2

It is very easy to get upset by different sources, particularly if you don't know whether they are reliable. Information in Steve's newsletter is reliable, and I would stick with that.
