My PIP review was overdue and I have recently received a relatively short form saying my review is due and the form needs returning. Does anyone have any advice on filling in this form. There isn't a lot of space to go into detail. Are there any recognised pitfalls? I'd appreciate any advice. Thank you in anticipation.
You can attach any number of additional sheets that you need to.
I don't know whether you have an AR1 or an AR2 form - but don't fall into the trap of ticking 'no change' and not giving any details. Even if your condition is unchanged, describe what hasn't changed in a few sentences.
