UC LCWRA and Severe Disability criteria was created by AnonymousM
Can anyone tell me more about this? I get full rate daily living and low rate mobility for PIP, on a 6 year award. I also get UC LCWRA, and have read about next years increases and wondered if I may qualify?
I did used to get Severe Disability Premium with ESA, is that related? Or is this different?
Thanks.

HI
Could you please be more specific about the increases you are referring to?

The benefit uprating amounts, apparently they're going up if we have severe disabilities, but it's frozen if we don't?

Hi AnonymousM
Next year the LCWRA element is being frozen for all existing claimants. If you get Transitional Protection then most increases to your UC award are offset by an equivalent reduction in the Transitional Element.
