AR1 Review Form - "Why and When these needs began" was created by graydon07

Hi there,

On page 133 of the main PIP guide it says to write “There has been no change in my needs since I was last awarded PIP. See the attached sheet for details of my current needs in relation to this activity.” and then give full details of your current needs on the attached sheet.

My question is in regards to what "give full details of your current needs" means. I've already given information about my current needs in answer to the previous questions in the category (on a separate sheet), so is that what you mean? Just telling them to refer to the information you already wrote? Or should I be writing some additional information specific to this exact question?

The guide gives examples of the different ways you may answer the final question, which is "Please tell us why and when these needs began"

If you are choosing the no change option then we suggest you follow what it says and even if you have put those details against other question - give them a current bullet pointed list. But if your needs have increased or decreased - then you will follow one of the other options suggested.
