ESA to UC migration - additional health conditions since last ESA medical

My last ESA medical was in Aug 2020 and I was placed in the support group. I now have to migrate to UC. Since that medical my health has deteriorated and I have a number of additional conditions that I did not report to the DWP for fear of 'poking the bear'. Do I list all current conditions on UC form or will I be penalised for not reporting a change? I am also concerned on the other hand, that if I don't list all the new conditions as well, my UC claimant commitment would not be an accurate reflection of my capabilities. Please advise.

Hi Jennifer

I can't tell you what to do here. Only you can decide what to tell the DWP when. However, they are trying to get the migration process finished - no one is going to think that you didn't report a particular issue that you may have added to your form. It doesn't even ask for dates.

Hello. Only just found your post.
Am in a similar situation - my health condition has gotten more severe since I qualified for ESA, but, should I report it for fear of triggering review?
What you said about 'poking the bear' this is exactly how I feel.
Am curious about what you did, and how it went for you,
Respectfully,
Droopy
