Hi all,

If anyone has had similar problems I'd love to know about likely outcomes.

The decisive Tribunal win (closed award- 2 year wait) has been ignored by DWP in claim 2. They have awarded standard mobility only even though WSoR stated " severely restricted to mobilise and in DL activities." DWP have stripped 80% of the Tribunal award away.

There is no gap between claims. 1 ended 17 Feb 2 started 18 Feb.

I know I shouldn't have made a second claim now, but waited for the reconvened tribunal instead. I took judges advice in good faith. My mistake. Heavy price!

-medical evidence from ENT consultant of severe and permanent conditions caused in car accident, 2023.

My telephone assessment in June was 1 month after the Tribunal in May!!(Ruling....enhanced in both components)

Hi Fy7

I'm publishing your post in the hope that someone may have had a similar experience. Unfortunately, I haven't come across a case like yours.

Many thanks Bis, we can hardly believe what has occurred. Any input can only assist us in understanding.

Hi Fy7

You need to put in a MR using the Tribunal decision letter and if no change put in for an appeal. Unfortunately that can happen when you put in for a new PIP claim due to a change of circumstances.

I would also request a copy of the assessors report.

Thank you Gary. We did the MR pretty swiftly and cited the tribunals WSoR at the start and the end.

I will do the appeal route again, if needs be. I have no faith in DWP even reading my MR to be honest.
