Can the DWP over-rule a Judge's award?

I applied for PIP in January 2022 and had my assessment (via telephone) in September 2022. I have serious mental health issues but, thankfully, no physical ones.
Long story short, I scored zero points at assessment and at mandatory reconsideration, but with the help of Citizens Advice I went to Tribunal where I was awarded Enhanced Daily Living up until January 2026.
I have now received a 'review' form which I'm trying to fill with the help of your Guides, but this in itself is making my generalised anxiety so much worse; I'm terrified that the DWP will stop my PIP and as I can't work, I can't afford to live without it. Things are 'tight' as it is.
My question is: does the DWP have the power to overturn the Tribunal Judge's decision, ie can the DWP stop my PIP before January 2026, please?

Hi Juniper

The DWP has sent you a review form, but the chances are the process won't even be completed before Jan 26 - so it won't be an issue. If, however, they manage to reassess you before Jan 26 - and you are given a new award - your previous one would stop and the new one starts. Now don't panic, because you could get exactly the same award.
