How long to get an assessment date? was created by Mark33
Hello. The DWP sent me a text to say they received my PIP form on the 16th May. Then SERCO sent me a text two days later saying that they were dealing with my claim. I have not heard anything since. Does anyone know how long it might take before I get an actual date for an assessment? Thanks. :)

Hi Mark33

I'm afraid - it's impossible to tell you as it's all down to the internal workings of SERCO of which we have no inside knowledge.

You could ring their helpline and ask 0800 008 3074
