I've just created my account as I'm on forced migration from ir ESA to UC. I've read through the file created for this on here, which is very helpful, but I can't see where I verify my ID using my passport and drivers license. Am I missing something very obvious? Thanks
KazB I'm sure you have to actually go through making a claim then confirm ID in appropriate section .
I used passport and driving licence for ID and it was initially rejected on system..It was my mistake. You must enter ID details exactly as they are on your documents ie Don't use lower case when it's upper case and vice versa.
