Only just seen your message. Yes, they did a benefits calculation and said that because of transitional protection, I should not be worse off. They didn't complete the form for me, as I am doing that myself but they said I could call them if I had any problems or needed any help with the form. They opened a case so that I just need to quote the reference number each time I call them.
