Hi You may recall I wrote a few weeks back regarding the possibility of a benefits calculation course. You suggested I e-mail Steve about the concept. I actually did as such, but unfortunately not received a response. I fully understand how busy you all are, but I was just wondering if this kind of course might be on the horizon any time in the future? I have priced the courses elsewhere and they are asking too much. An online one for 4 hours was quoted at £160. I have tried everywhere to see if there is anything out there that gives better off calculations etc, but to no avail. I am aware these calculations begin with people's applicable amounts and you build from there, but that is it as far as I know. UC has changed the whole landscape of calculations for claimants. I am just hoping someone may read this posting and be able to provide a link or better still, a book of kind that details it all. Regards:-Hugh
We are volunteer moderators, and we don't have any say on the scope of the forum. I suggested that you contact Steve, and I'm sorry you haven't received a reply yet. I can't tell you whether this is something he is interested in doing, but creating courses is something that is not quick to do, especially if the base information is constantly changing.
