I have just migrated and now the DWP cannot identify me and have given me an Bio telephone appointment for 23/4/2025 this is now holding up my claim, what can I do?
They will ask you questions about your Benefit claims so make sure you know the basic facts such as what Benefits you get, when they started and which bank accounts. Also your landlord and the amount of rent you pay.
