I don't think I have a work coach.
I did put complaint in online middle of May. I was really just covering myself by putting a message on my journal, figured it would do no harm to just keep doing it each month when I get statement until they actually give me full explanation why I was put in LCWRA, really didn't think anyone would reply when they hadn't for last 6 weeks!!!

Hi smc You could put a complaint on the Journal with recipient The Work Coach asking for the name and contact details of the Jobcentre District Manager for a high level complaint. Let me know how you get on. David
