Hi,
Just a quick update application submitted for ADP, and appeal in the process of being lodged, with regards to ESA overpayment, keeping fingers crossed for both.

You can access your GP records by asking your surgery for them.
I did this a few years ago. I asked for everything to be photocopied which I paid for.
All my current notes I can access through my GPs website.
For hospital records you need to ask the specific hospital or trust.
The same for counsellors etc.
