Sincerely apologise for my above words, 'reguzrd to cooperate '. This is totally unacceptable way to describe the position for a vulnerable person, it is not a matter of choosing to cooperate. To state so is to ignore cognitive difficulties and is unacceptable.

However it is my view that the migration process is misleading in as much as calling it migration.
In addition it invariably fails on ID and then goes forward as a new UC claim without the upload of being a migration claim with vulnerability, cognitive difficulties etc that one would expect provide some level of disability awareness by the work coach...
It is clear to me that the UC landscape is wholly unsuitable for some vulnerable adults, who may suffer inappropriate and unreasonable treatment and it be so distressed fail to continue with their claim.
