potential change of circs

what I meant Gary is that this isn't a report from a PIP assessor but from a physio/occupational therapy team to whom my GP had referred me after regular physio wasn't able to help any further. So thus far PIP don't know anything about this. But I am worried I might be breaking the law by not informing PIP. However, it is as I have stated a lousy report and is contradicted by other, more favourable physio and occupational therapy reports I have had previously. I suspect you might have thought I was referring to a PIP HCP assessors report, which is not the case. In light of this would I be duty bound to report it as a change of circumstances (even though in reality it isn't as my condition certainly hasn't got better) if that makes sense?

Hi micksville,

I know you weren't - I was simply mentioning my own experience with PA4 that's all.
