Hi there. At what stage were you asked for online verification? I have started my claim and nearly finished my 'to do' list. However, I have not yet been asked to provide this verification. I am migrating from ESA support group to UC.
I'm confused about the online validation. Do we get asked for this after we submit our form. I'm working through my form, and have not yet been asked for the validation.
