Many thanks again. To dial the UC number from Africa is not free and could not reach. Credit finish while waiting to be transfered.
do they have email address. Ironically they still paying me. ? so, Today I closed my bank account online. and opened new one to avoid over payment. how can I close my UC account. please

Thank You David and Gary for advice.
Just feedback for future reference, incase you get similar case. The reason, they refused to close my UC claim,
despite several attempts, requests and complaints, it turn to be it is down to Action Team approval. Because, I was due a Review, Action Team refused to close it and I did not know. There were no messages from them and no request for Reviews and even my coach did not tell me and was not honest with me. I only found out after I formally requested Subject Access Request.

I applied online and it took just over 2 weeks to receive a large envelpe by sign for, rigistered post.
