Thank you for your feedback. I am glad that it was accepted when you chose the option A Payment rather than Work Coach. I have been hearing more tales of woe regarding a Work Coach already today.

I forgot to say that someone replied to my request for an alternative payment via a very nice brief message. And a few minutes later there was a general message to say I was to be paid twice a month.
I was worried about my interaction with them but I only sent them a message via ‘ payment ‘ explaining all the reasons why I felt I needed help with being paid universal credit twice a month. And it was lovely to get such a nice brief message in response.
