Hello,

Due to my condition, I have not had a single driving lesson in my life and this is not likely to change any time soon. However ESA is being migrated to UC in April and I need two forms of identification. I have a passport but no other ID. Would they be likely to accept a Provisional licence?

Yes.
Photo ID
This can include any of the following:

passport from any country

photocard driving licence (full or provisional)

NHS identity card with a biometric chip

www.gov.uk/jobcentre-plus-interview
