Hello I rang dwp on the 23 September 2024 to ask for esa documents the adviser told me they would send them .its now February not received any paperwork yet . Should I ring them again .any help of what to do now would be much appreciated thank you
I would certainly ring them to see if they have been sent and you haven't received them or if they haven't been sent because the task wasn't correctly logged or your request is still waiting to be actioned. I'm afraid the only way you will know what is happening is to call the DWP.
