Hi, good evening

I was awarded LCWRA on 4th October and it's been applied to our joint UC claim
My other half has carers element applied as he gets carers allowance for me.

Can you tell me, if you can which element gets taken of the Transitional protection, carers element or LCWRA?

When did you claim UC and did you receive a Managed Migration letter at the time?
