Pip telephone assessment report was created by tony.kenna@outlook.com
Had a pip tel assessment on 2 July. Can I request the report after 48 hours, even if I haven't received a text saying report has been sent to DWP?

Hi Tony,

You can yes. It's called a PA4, and you can get it by calling the PIP helpline, however be prepared for a long wait, often in excess of 45 minutes.

Tony, for goodness sake go into your account and remove your email address from being your forum name. You lay yourself open to all sorts as this is out on the world wide web crooks and all.

When calling for your PA4, if unlucky to get one of the dishonest/ignorant call handlers that say you cannot have it, just thank, hang up and try again. Watch the post, if it does not turn up in a few days call again and plead for a resend 'as it must have been lost in the post' as a few call handlers say they will send your PA4 but then don't bother.

Best wishes, Denby

Hi Tony

Welcome to the forum.

As a matter of urgency you must change your forum name as it appears you have your email address opening you up to spam and other attacks, see

In answer to your question, yes you can request a copy of the assessors report called a PA4.

Gary
