Anyone know how to apply for a letter of proof of PIP points entitlement please? Is it a specific phone number or email address?

My local authority needs this to grant my son a Freedom Pass and I've lost the original letter.

You can ring the PIP enquiry line at 0800 121-4433 and ask them to send a copy.
