Hi I had my PIP renewal form filled in over the phone by Community Law (they prevoiusly helped me fill in forms) The lady came to my house in a bit of a hurry got me to sign it at the door without checking and took it off to send off - Ive just received the copies and realised she has missed off two quite vital health conditions .... namely my chronic agoraphobia and anxiety .... they have the forms what do I do ??? ... literally in such a panic and the community law office is closed so cant ring them
