Hi Charlie, I would follow up with a written request. I did an ‘online SARS request’ 10 weeks ago, and have not heard anything back yet… chasing up in writing is on my list of things to do…..

Hi, Got a letter yesterday from the DWP saying they are processing my request. Should get back within a month.
