After reading your guides, i am just starting to fill the review form in i am saying no change to the questions, and giving some details but iam not sure about commnicating, since my last award my hearing has deterioated and i have been prescibed an hearing aid, if should i tell them about this this, would it mean, it is more liksly i will have to have another assessment, which iam hoping to avoid., because i am saying my condition has got worse When i got my award last time i scored no points for the activity and not sure if it would be best to leave the box blank
