Hi I have been receiving PIP for the last 3 years and now I have received a form for the renewal. I suffer from depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia and have degenerative disc disease and arthritis in my hands. I had all the diagnosis for these 3 years ago when I applied and won my PIP at tribunal Do I have to go back and get diagnosed again - even though I was diagnosed 3 years ago? Also with this new form they have sent me is there guides on here with help to fill in a renewal form as I cannot find one. Thank you.
Even if your condition has not changed, make sure that you put in at least a couple of sentences in each box summarising the difficulties you still have.
