I'm a bit concerned as I sent my complaint 2 weeks ago and I thought I might have had an acknowledgement by now but I suppose there may still be a backlog from the postal strike.
Actually found this thread through google. I was wondering if anyone has any updates or have gotten to the bottom of their discrepancies. Just posted yesterday with similar issues, and the matter is going on 8 months now. STILL WITH NO MEDICAL!!! I am going through the district office procedure now. Any advice, or info I should send them prior to their decision? Did you find yours to be fair? What I seem to be reading here is the preference by DWP for claims to be CB. I keep getting told the same things over the phone, and to ignore letters saying any different, but the local Housing office has confirmed in writing DWP is telling them the opposite.
