Got my award

I have now received my award for PIP

I was worried that I would not have my award renewed. It has taken over 6 months from the phone call to start the process to the end.

I have been given a 5 year award both components at the enhanced rate.

I am so relieved to be given the award and so happy that it has all worked out so positively for me.

I would not have got the award if it wasn't for B/W and the sites help in understanding the complex forms I had to fill out.
