Good News Finally was created by serene_butterfly

Just like to thank this site for all the information and advice regarding ESA.

I won my appeal last July and within weeks was sent for another medical (which I lost) and so had to go through the appeal process all over again. Found out yesterday that they have overturned their decision based on new medical evidence and have been placed in the Work Related Activity Group. At least now I don't have to go in front of another tribunal.

Thank you everyone for their advice, just sows it really does help!!
