DLA renewal and pregnancy. was created by sophi
so, iv finally filled in the dreaded form and hopefully not too late (award runs out mid feb). I have avoided mentioning my pregnancy in my answers so i have more permanent examples and its not thrown out, but should i mention it somewhere? where is best? the additional information right at the back?
i just hope social services dont get hold of my DLA, all those negative things about my life all in one place gets me down,,

You may want to mention you are pregnant if, due to disability, you will need additional help caring for your child as this may help your claim, otherwise it is not necessary. It is unlikely that the DWP will contact social services although they will contact your GP.

Whilst it obviously isn't I would document it in question 13 "Illnesses and Disabilities" that way it will not be missed, you also need to make it clear that your answers do not include any problems that are the result of your pregnancy.
