IB to ESA quandary

She recommended I speak to Medical Centre to say I've changed my mind. BUT will that bring me to the top of the pile and will they take my word over the phone?
A note at the end of your ESA50 is probably not going to result in your claim being closed, although I cannot guarantee that, write to both ATOS and the DWP explaining that the comment was made during a moment of stress and that you want to continue with your transfer.

That is going to happen at some time anyway, if you do not contact ATOS and the DWP, they may action your request to close your claim.
