Hi Everyone
This is my first post on here.....nervous
I had a hearing last month, they awarded me lower rate care and higher rate........so have heard nothing from DLA, Ive just phoned them and it transpires they have sent another form requesting further information from me regarding hospital appointments etc - is this right?
Thank you.

Hi ihp,
Have the DWP accepted the Tribunal's decision, or are they going to appeal it to The Upper Tier ?
Without knowing the reasons for the DWP sending the form, it is hard to advise.
Maybe you could contact them and query why they are sending the form, or wait and see the content of the form and then repost here when you have further information.

Are you sure it is hospital appointments and not time spent in hospital?
It is normal for the DWP to request details of any time spent in hospital when they are processing a Tribunal DLA result in the claimants favour. There are circumstances where DLA is not payable while a claimant is a hospital in-patient.
