Advice need please

This might explain why my reconsideration reasons were based on ESA85A and no new evidence although DWP state I did sumbit new evidence which in fact I had not.
Also, all the evidence they are submitting to Tribunal is documents including medical reports which are my ESA50, ESA85A and decision makers paperwork relating to my previous claim which is over two years old.
I am appauled at this and actually quite distressed and shocked that I have now to go to an appeal based on evidence that is more than two years old.
Once again, they have lost more paperwork relating to me. I just do not know what to do any more, any help would be appreciated.

In your place, I think I would send copies of all the missing paperwork to the Tribunal service, with a covering letter saying that DWP appear to have lost it.

once again the DWP screw it up, hopefully you have kept copies of all the relating documents including your esa50, I always send my documents via recorded delivery just because of what has happened in your case.

Thank you Mrs Hurtyback. I cannot believe this has happened, it find it extremely worrying that DWP can lose so many extremely highly confidential documents that relate to me on a personal basis. I also worry about what is happening to these documents, where are they, who has them and why are they not being securely held on file.
This is absolute hell, I am now having to do DWP's work for them as well as cope with my own side of things.

I also keep copies of absolutely everything, note all phone calls, any contact at all now due to the appauling loss of my personal papers in connection with various aspects of my ESA. I now only post everything special delivery, tracked all the way and signed for. Thankfully I have all documents. To be honest I do not trust recorded delivery due to the problems I have had with DWP losing things.
