ESA WRAG ACTIVITY PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

I am now in process of appealing being place in ESAWRAG again.
On checking some tribunal outcomes I notice the Judge has made reference along the lines that information regarding ESAWRAG participation and what is participation/activity involved is very vague other than basic general details supplied by DWP.
Any thoughts about gathering information prior to appeal if it would be alright to ask JC+ PA to detail in writing what activity they intend me to participate in during the following two years of being placed in WRAG?

There appear to be camps for this, plus the DWP have stated a view.
Most Tribunal panels appear to be able to make their own minds up about what constitutes Work Related Activity, however, some have deferred to the DWP for further information, of course they have taken the position that they would never ask a claimant to perform WRA if it posed a danger to their own health or the health of others.

It certainly would not harm your case to ask your JC+ advisor to compile a list and may well be an advantage, but failing that, you could list WFIs, training courses, voluntary work, and participation in the Work Programme amongst the things you could reasonably asked to do.

Thanks Gordon, it will be interesting to see if I am successful in receiving a reply to my request.
Sorry for typing subject heading in capital letters, hadn't realised I had done that.

Yes, I would do that.
