Still awaiting tribunal Received another esa50 was created by Irene Gribble
I am still awaiting a date for tribunal after 15weeks and have been told it could be 25 weeks before I get a date. I have now received a new form ESA50 to fill in. I've contacted ESA. And they tell me it is because my original medical advised reassessment after 18months which will be due in December
My contribution based ESA in the WRAG stopped at end of July after 12 months and I have received no monies since because of my husbands income.
I claim ESA for both my mental and physical health problems and am going to tribunal requesting I go in support group
Can they ask for new assessment while the original is still awaiting tribunal
This is not helping my mental health problems and I am getting more depressed.

Please can somebody help

Thanks

I am afraid that they re-assess you while you are appealing, even though your payments have stopped it is important that you complete in detail this form and return it by the required date.

The new Decision that results from this assessment will supersede any Tribunal Decision, which re-makes the original Decision that you appealed, so if you do not return the form, your payments will be stopped again even if you win your appeal.
