The DWP move very slowly and this is exacerbated by the welfare reforms, however, please be reassured that any money you are owed should be back dated.
Got my phone call this morning as the lady said last Friday.
Very nice gentleman, apologised that it has taken so long to action my reconsideration, but it will be done asap, and that he was sending me a copy of the DM’s decision to put me in the support group. I did not ask for this as I had forgotten about it.
