pip success was created by derek
finally, after waiting 20 weeks, I had a decision at the first attempt at pip. I got enhanced rate after a face to face with a very nice ex nurse. it was a good experience, i wish you all the very best, and a big thank you to all at b and w.

That's great news! Thanks for letting us know and for your kind words about B+W
You are one of the first (if not the first) members to have a PIP decision since it was started, I'm sure our other members who are going through the process will gain hope from your experience.

Hi Derek,
Glad to hear of your successful PIP award at enhanced rate, also for returning to let us know of your success, as to date we've only had about a couple of members who've made PIP claims.
Best wishes.
Jim
