Hi does anyone know if the disability element of working tax is still available, I read somewhere that as from oct 1 st it's been withdrawn. Am I right in saying that there's not a rapid return linked to incapacity/esa

As far as I am aware they are still available, you should ring the Tax Credits Hotline
I am not entirely sure what you mean by a "rapid return", you can link to a previous claim providing you do so within 12 weeks, if you are outside of the time limit, then you will have to make a new claim for ESA.
