Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hello I wonder if anybody knows the answer. My renewal ESA50 was sent back to reach DWP by 16th August. Ive heard nothing until today when I received a letter headed Change in Employmet and Support allowance payable and referring to the fact that it relates to payments between May and November. The change relates to monies they are clawing back through an overpayment which occurred when the claim first went though when I was still working. It says I qualify for £10.00 Xmas bonus and says that I receive extra money for being in the Support Group. Does this mean a decision has been made and that I am still in the support group please.

Hi Izzy, DWP are notoriously bad at communicating decisions to claimants in an intelligible manner! I'm afraid the only way you can be sure of what is happening is to contact DWP for clarification.
