As a recovering cancer patient I was interested to see a section for cancer treatment has at long last been added it states you do not need to complete the rest of the form if you don't want to.I would like to know how other people are dealing with this give extra detail or just rely on doctors opinion on the back as to whether they think you are fit for work

I don't remember any other members specifically mentioning this. Maybe someone in a similar situation to yourself will come along and give you an answer.

I sent supporting evidence as well as the doctors . However I am still waiting for a reply after 6 weeks, all very stressful, anyone would think we had asked for Cancer.
