ESA2 was created by carmind
A client has recently applied to switch to ESA Iincome-based as his contribution-based is over 365 days. He was sent an ESA2 not an ESA3 form.
Is there any difference?

I have done an internet search and a specific search of the DWP website and I cannot find any reference to an ESA2 form, most DWP forms have some sort of name, perhaps if you can supply that we can find it.

Actual no. is ESA2/10/12 - ESA review claim form.
Seems to be the same questions as ESA1 and 3. My only concern is the DWP saying to my client that he's filled the wrong form in!

All they can do is complete and return the form as requested. You would hope that the DWP would have sent the correct form, but who knows?
