You simply need to contact DWP and tell them that you would like your claim looked at again due to a change of circumstances. You are best to do this in writing so that you have an 'audit trail'. You should be aware that this will trigger the whole assessment program again as if it were a new claim and DWP have the same options available to them. That means that you could, in theory at least, end up with a lower award, or none at all. This decision would, like all others, be appealable
