just a query I am expecting an ESA assessment soon and was wondering what your thoughts are. if I am asked to do something and i told the doctor that I couldn't because of my disability would or could he say that I refused, what is the best way to approach it
The assessor should make clear that you are not expected to do anything that would cause you pain. Nevertheless, we have heard of people who have been said to have 'refused' when they have declined to do things that are painful this is one very good reason for getting your assessment recorded!
